Coaches Needed!
Our programs depend on parents to volunteer as coaches, and we always need help – especially in the younger divisions. If we don’t have enough coaches we can’t field teams. If you’re interested in helping, you can register as a volunteer when you register your child. More information is available on our Coaching Q&A page. 

What You Need to Register

1. Review our Registration & Refund Policies
2. A Demosphere Account. Log in using your email. Use the password recovery feature if you forget your password. 
3. Provide proof-of-age for your child. Birth certificate, Inoculation record or Baptismal certificate
4. An emergency contact
5. A Credit or Debit Card for Payment*. 
6. Watch your e-mail and visit our website regularly.
7. Download the Demosphere app for Apple / Android.

*Please note that Financial Aid is available. Also, if you do not have an active debit or credit card please select the 'financial aid' option when registering and email us to let us kno w you need an alternate payment method.

What if My Division has a Waitlist? 
We run a wait list when registration numbers approach our limit for any given division. Registering for the waitlist holds your place in line. If the waitlist starts early, we may look to adjust the number of teams in a division. 

Full payment is required to be on the waitlist. If you are on the wait list and we don't assign you to a team by Week 3, you can get a full refund. You can also ask for a full refund anytime while you are on the waitlist. We usually, but not always, can place all players on the wait list by the end of Week 2 of any given season. 

If a division has a need for coaches, players with a parent volunteering to coach will be given priority on the waiting list.
